The Coffee Foundation is a nonprofit organization geared to educate, mentor, and guide youth and young adults to be successful in their future goals. The mission is to help them build a foundation that will enhance their leadership capabilities and empower them to build equity in themselves through innovative pedagogical methods.
Its flagship leadership program for the youth will provide an equitable learning environment that will give them access to educational resources that will take them through a rigorous curriculum where they will learn about their purpose, foundation, and strengths-based talents.

Foundation Cultural Leaders
Culture is the way of life of a people. When that way of life continues to be poverty then we develop what is called a “culture of poverty.” It is difficult for many African Americans to pull themselves out of poverty due to the ideology of structural or cultural reasons. The goal for our foundation cultural leaders is to be educated on the causes of cultural poverty and to change the infrastructure of what that looks like for many African Americans. The reasons will forever affect our future and our youth becomes a part of this generational statistic.
With a curriculum rich with information, exercises, and activities, your young adult’s mindset will be ignited with enthusiasm, creativity, and a drive to change their future path.
